Excellent customer service from every area of the dealership ecently purchased a 2015 Camry SE. However, I consider my purchase to be special because I was trading my 2007 FJ Cruiser in because I an getting ol ecently purchased a 2015 Camry SE. However, I consider my purchase to be special because I was trading my 2007 FJ Cruiser in because I an getting older and my body does not want to cooperate with allowing me to enter and exit the FJ gracefully. So I went to Hendricks, ask for an appraisal on the FJ and some advice on what vehicle would be best for me. There was no pressure for me to make a deal that day, as a matter of fact, I waited almost a week and a half to go back. Well when I did return, the customer service picked right up where it left off. Rob Brown was the sales person assign to me by Earl Newell. the Sales Manager who originally talked with me. This was by far the best selling process I have ever experienced. Everything was top notched. I really didn't expect less because I have been getting my FJ serviced at Hendricks since I arrive in Goose Creek in 2011. Now I can attest to both the service and sales staff. Hendricks should have an award for best professionalism, sales process, and courtesy you received from their entire staff. I was definitely satisfied with the service I receved. More

Awesome Service!! I dealt with Jeremy Samdahl and another gentleman named Travis (who is not on the selection list) in the service department. Both gentleman were extre I dealt with Jeremy Samdahl and another gentleman named Travis (who is not on the selection list) in the service department. Both gentleman were extremely knowledgable and patient with me, as I am a 70 year old stubborn hard of hearing little old lady. Both of them had positive can do attitudes and they didn't treat me any different bc of my age. I kept going in and out of the service department with many questions on my Toyota 4Runner and one of them was able to answer my questions without hesititation or making me feel stupid for asking. I sincerely appreciate Jeremy and Travis and will be a customer for life! Great Job guys and exceptional service with a smile! I would give 10 stars if I could! More
