Poor customer service I have bought 5 vehicles from this dealership. Toyota has had a recall on my 08 Highlander since Jan of 2014. I have contacted them many times since. I have bought 5 vehicles from this dealership. Toyota has had a recall on my 08 Highlander since Jan of 2014. I have contacted them many times since. The Service reps repeatedly tell me there is no fix yet. When we took it there for another reason the service tech told my wife he could repair it for 500.00 dollars? How can that be. The last word was there is no fix, the tech was going to install the same part(defective) xxx. They ask me and my wife to sign a bogus statement saying that if there is an incident the air bags will not deploy and that Toyota will not be responsible. If that happens we will see. The sales staff is great, wish I could say the same thing about the service. Apparently the on line survey do not mean a thing. I have given them the absolute worst marks that is allowed. More

Traded Mustang GT for Miata Went in to look at a used Miata that was already at a fantastic price. My husband and I had been pretty skeptical that they were going to give us the Went in to look at a used Miata that was already at a fantastic price. My husband and I had been pretty skeptical that they were going to give us the price advertised or that they were going to give us a fair deal on his 2010 Mustang GT since it had so many miles on it. We had agreed on set limits for what we could spend on the Miata and what we could take for the Mustang. They hit the nail on the head for both without us even saying a word or trying to haggle!! Lori had been emailing with me and putting up with me asking about the Miata to see if it was there for a week before we got there. When we showed up, she was very engaged and enthusiastic. Her positive attitude made all the waiting on paperwork very worth it. She was very straight forward, but not pushy. She even helped us figure out how in the world to put gas in the Miata (not as straightforward as you would think!). The whole experience put my husband's mind at ease about selling the Mustang. We both drove away in the Miata with HUGE grins on our faces! More
