Also never get my name right always calling me my husband. Ask multiethnic Time to Change this info. Today is my last straw. I know I was early but 2 hrs for a oil change and to even get someone to acknowledge that I am here was hard. 10 minute before some asked if I was being helped. Io will no longer do business here. I drive from John's island why? I can get the same level of care in west Ashley and save time. More

Then I was told it would take about one hour and I was there for two hours. Then my serviceman going to tell at check they found one of lights out and they can still change it.
