I was s I have to admit that I was very picky about the RAV4 I was looking for. I met Josie on my first visit to Hendricks Toyota back in September. I was shopping and the vehicle I wanted was not available. I dropped by a few weeks later to look at a used RAV4 and Josie came out to say hello. I shared with her that I wasn't really there to purchase a car and she told me that's ok. She asked me if I was still looking for the Red RAV4 without leather seats with All Wheel Drive. I responded yes, and she shared with me "I think we have what you wanted, let me show it to you." She walked me across the lot and she was correct. It was the vehicle I was looking for. I could not have been happier. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and extremely helpful. Even the service guy came out to talk to me about putting a hitch on the vehicle. I never felt rushed or pushed one bit. Everyone answered all my questions, and they were even flexible in our negotiations. I got the car I wanted, and the deal I wanted, and I could not be happier.
