He was very helpful answering my and my wife's questions and did not apply pressure to sell me a car. He was very helpful in going over new features in our Prius and set up our cell phones for hands free use in our new car. We found out about the sell price of our new Prius via the internet and received a very fair price for our trade in. We did not buy the extended warranty on this car because the Prius we traded in had 131,000 with no repairs to date. More
