Service was corrected I have been servicing my 2006 Toyota Tundra XSP at this location for the past 5 years. I have never had a bad experience until my last visit on Aug 15 I have been servicing my 2006 Toyota Tundra XSP at this location for the past 5 years. I have never had a bad experience until my last visit on Aug 15. The technician did not perform the service as he should have; and left a lug nut un-tighten on my front passenger tire after performing the 105,000 mile service with a front brake job and alignment with tire rotation. I was able to get my truck home, but it was un-driveable afterwards. Jeremy Samdahl (Service Ln Mgr) and Jeff Ferraro (Front Service Ln Mgr) allowed for a tow service to pick up my truck. The shuttle service picked me up from my home and I received a loner Toyota Camry while my truck was repaired correctly. Jeff Ferraro, Jeremy Samdahl, and Timmy Jenkins (Service Writer) apologized for the service received, and they made sure that my truck was repaired correctly. I would still defiantly recommend this service dept because they corrected the mistake of the technician and assured me that this type service would not happen again More
Exceptional Service even at the last minute! I own a Toyota Tundra (in addition to a Highlander and a Prius). The Toyota 60-month battery was dead in 49 months. This happened while I was in State I own a Toyota Tundra (in addition to a Highlander and a Prius). The Toyota 60-month battery was dead in 49 months. This happened while I was in Statesboro, GA. I drove to the dealer there (Franklin). They wanted to charge me an arm and a leg and would give only $1.60 credit for the remaining months. I called Hendrick Toyota Scion North Charleston and spoke with Mark in Parts department. He said that I can get a new replacement battery for $ 67.47 plus tax. I hurried back and got to the dealership at 6:45 PM, just 15 minutes before closing time. The young lady who handled my case and Mark did not gripe that I had come in the last minute but handled the case cheerfully. Hendrick does give EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. Hats off to them; I drove away with a new battery, at the promised price. By the way, I like their coffee machine, where I can get good Decaf coffee!, More
