He doesn't pressure you, makes sure to take care of whatever you need, returns calls /text messages and is more than willing to go the extra mile whether it's coming in on a day off or staying late. I have a portable Tom-Tom that I use for rentals where the update is free, but Hendricks does not set these prices, Toyota does. Andrew, my service guy checked and instead of putting in last year's data base upgrade, he suggested I wait a week or two and get the new one. I was very grateful.
