He took me step-by-step through the buying process and really made me feel like I was welcome to stay as long as I needed to get any and all questions answered. Worried.. I bought a new Toyota from this dealership. I got a good deal but once I left that was it. Make sure to ask for TMAC (Tyrone McDonald) as your sales person. He doesn't pressure you, makes sure to take care of whatever you need, returns calls /text messages and is more than willing to go the extra mile whether it's coming in on a day off or staying late. I have a portable Tom-Tom that I use for rentals where the update is free, but Hendricks does not set these prices, Toyota does. Andrew, my service guy checked and instead of putting in last year's data base upgrade, he suggested I wait a week or two and get the new one. I was very grateful. That is really looking out for the customer. :-} More

There are a combination of things that makes Toyoyta number #1 in my book in customer service. The car quality is absolutely amazing and great on anyone's budget. The customer services is superb because they treat you like you are the only customers they have. The treatment is very consistent and personal. I want to give a special thanks to Ms. Jessi Muhs who always take very good care of me and my wife . She is very knowledgeable, professional and very kind and patience. She is by far one of Toyota greatest asset. My wife and i absolutely love her. Also my family uses mr. Howard who is an amazing guy with excellent customer care.
