Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! I purchased a 2016 Toyota Corolla and I have to say this has been the easiest car buying experience for me. Richard Smith made sure to show me the fea I purchased a 2016 Toyota Corolla and I have to say this has been the easiest car buying experience for me. Richard Smith made sure to show me the features and was very professional. He also seemed very engaged and HONEST, which is something I look for when car shopping. He made sure to answer all of my questions which led to me choosing the Corolla. It's nice to deal with salesmen who arent overly pushy when it comes to the customers. Thanks to Richard and Hennes Hunt (finance) I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes or less. Hennes Hunt in the finance dept was also very professional and friendly. He got straight to the point and I was on my way. I would definitely shop here again for my next vehicle! More

From the moment I stepped on the lot Richard was engaging and very attentive. He listened to all my questions and answered them or found someone with an answer. I never had to repeat myself, which I really appreciate because most salesmen talk first and listen sparingly. The management team could use some work but I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to go see Richard Smith and make sure you only deal with him!!! If all your employees would follow his lead as far as honesty and being straightforward you'll be the best dealership in South Carolina in no time. More

Especially nice was the use of texting to work out deal details since I don't typically make same day decisions of this magnitude. Would deal with the sales team again. The only disappointment was the service and parts side. Not as impressed with their customer service skills as the sales team. More

The vehicle in which I was interested, was no longer on the sales lot, so Richard tracked it down at another dealership and brought it to N. Chas. for me to look at. I bought it that day. Richard answered every question, assisted in any technical details, and provided follow-up after sale service. He is the ultimate professional and I would deal again with him and this dealership without question. A pleasant car- buying experience, which doesn't happen often! More

She answered all my questions about the car I wanted and we completed the purchase. Curt Hood in the finance dept. was great as he suggested an option for financing that was better than my bank had suggested. This is the only dealership I had visited where they offered for free the 3 month, 3000 miles warranty on the car I purchased, even though it was a 2011 model. Usually, you have to hope that the car won't have a large repair as soon as you drive it away. Very happy - will suggest this dealership to anyone I know. More
Good sale, Lied to during finance So we bought a used 2008 Prius from this dealership in May of 2015. Scheduled an "appointment" for a Saturday as we were driving down from Columbia, S So we bought a used 2008 Prius from this dealership in May of 2015. Scheduled an "appointment" for a Saturday as we were driving down from Columbia, SC and I know that is the busiest time for most dealers. When we got to the dealership, no one was ready for us, or had any idea about the appointment. Sales process was ok, but took around 5 hours to complete. Our salesman Ferrel was very helpful, and apologized for the long wait multiple times. Our biggest issue with the purchase is with the Finance Officer AG. He was happy to add on a Oil Change agreement for $200 that would take care of the next 3 years of oil changes for no charge. We asked multiple times how we would use that living in Columbia and were assured that we could take it to the shop of our choice and it would be covered. Now it is time for our first oil change and surprise, we would have to drive down to Charleston for it to be covered. I am in amazement at the lack of ethics shown by AG to even suggest a product that we would not be able to use living 2 hours away. Do to the lack of honesty and integrity shown in our transaction from the non-existent appointment to the shady add on, I would not recommend this dealership going forward. I am thankful that Ferrel did his best to help our transaction. More
