Toyota of North Charleston I made an appointment for a routine oil change for 10am on a Thursday. I arrived about 15 minutes earlier and saw my vehicle being driven to the oil I made an appointment for a routine oil change for 10am on a Thursday. I arrived about 15 minutes earlier and saw my vehicle being driven to the oil change bay at 10:20am, a bit later than my original appt but this is an improvement from prior visits where even though I had an appt, my vehicle was not taken for almost an hour! The service rep was extremely polite and efficient. He truly had my best interests in mind and initially thought I may not have needed the oil change due to the type of oil being used. After further checking, I did in fact need an oil change as the vehicle notification system noted to me. The oil change and usual routine maintenance was performed as well as a brake fluid flush, etc. Again, it was performed quickly and efficiently. I found the entire experience pleasant and exceeding my expectations. More

Took my car in for service I took my car in for routine my. Suspected I needed new tires & they confirmed that I did. The associate informed me of great tire deals they had & simply went with the tire they suggested. They have a very cool app that you know what service they suggested. I forwarded the message to DH & he accepted or declined the various suggested services. I would probably rate them excellent if I'd made my appointment on time. However there were A LOT of cars there for service. More
