25000 mile service Oil level was incorrect after Hendrick did an oil change Did not check it until I got home, did not think it would be necessary. I recently visited them and another local Toyota dealership about purchasing a new 4Runner. Right off the bat, Hendrick's team was professional and listened to me when I told them I would be comparing their prices to other dealers and I don't want any xx. Not only was this the best car buying experience I have ever had, but it was one of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with any sales people in any retail purchase. The sales team was educated, responsive and most importantly, I know I got an incredible deal on the car, which really was just the cherry on top. The entire experience could not have been easier and I say this as an intense critic and someone who is easily annoyed and vocal about bad experiences with people. These folks went out of their way to do an incredible job and they deserve this praise. I was incredibly surprised how easy and enjoyable this large purchase was and their team, from the managers to the ladies who answer the telephones, deserve the highest praise and they get my highest recommendation. Do not go to another Toyota dealership in town unless you want to doubt everything they tell you, and you should, because I was performing a comparison with this purchase and all I will say is Hendrick is the honest, polite and professional team you want to work with - and no one else.
