Worked with my budget I brought my 2011 Tacoma in for 125000 mile preventive maintenance and oil change. Cody, my service advisor, had previously told me of the multiple se I brought my 2011 Tacoma in for 125000 mile preventive maintenance and oil change. Cody, my service advisor, had previously told me of the multiple service needs that my truck needed. He recommended completing the transmission service first and that it would cost around $325, and it was the most costly and most critical. With the oil change, the tots expense would be over $400. I told Cody my budget would only cover about $400. When I scheduled the appointment, he said he could work within my budget. I arrived at my scheduled time and Cody just happened to come out to greet me. He even remembered why I was there! He called me, as promised when my truck was finished, 30 minutes before expected. I met Cody to settle the bill, besides having the truck ready early, the total bill came in $60 under the estimate. Cody is now my go-to-guy for all service for my truck, and when necessary, my wife's Corolla. More
