Maintenance service I arrived for a regular maintenance (oil/filter) service unaware that they've gone to a "service by appointment only" type policy. The service writer I arrived for a regular maintenance (oil/filter) service unaware that they've gone to a "service by appointment only" type policy. The service writer accommodated my needs anyway. He mentioned the wait time could be 90 minutes. I decided to stay and was rewarded with a quick service. The work was completed within 45 minutes and my car is running like a well oiled sewing machine. I am quite pleased. More

We agreed on a price no later than 4:30 and didn't go back to finalize and pay until 7:30. I'm not sure if this is standard, but it definitely made the experience less enjoyable. Our two small children were an handful and not one employee seemed irritated or reacted adversely toward us or them. They detailed our new vehicle and filled the gas tank. The manager Leonard, was so friendly. It was a no-pressure buying experience. I reccomend anyone looking for a vehicle to shop here. More
