Stay Away! Stay Away if your value your money. Double charge on dealer fees. Refused to refund the wrongfully charge amount. Denied handing over the document wit Stay Away if your value your money. Made some excuses to how they no longer have the documents. We got the car only two weeks ago. We had the charge fix before closing the deal and when we were off to finance thinking that everything is resolved. Later when looking over our paperwork realized they double charge us again. This place of business is a joke!!! After you sign on the dotted line. No one wants to help you. Money hungry and doesn't value their customers. Come back to talk to different people in different department and they would just give you the round about. Actually had one guy who didn't even want to talk to us cause we didn't have an appt when the place were completely empty and we were the only customers. It is absurd! Finance manager lied and mislead on car warranties just to swindle you into buying some sort of extra warranty so they can profit. When you come back and try to cancel the warranties that they lied regarding the coverage. They would give you a hard time and make some excuse up to why they couldn't cancel it. We called corporate and corporate told us they should be able to cancel it immediately without any issues. So more lies coming from this dealership. Had to take several days off of work to come back and forth to handle this messy situation and still haven't had anything resolve. Wasted time and money. Please if u have to buy take your business elsewhere. Most stressful buying experiences ever. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Take your business to a dealership that have some form of INTEGRITY! Trying to steal money from a old lady in her 60s who worked hard for her money! Shame on you Hendricks! More
