Even though they come to really work you to get you into a car(which is their job), they mastered how to approach you and yet not give you the feeling of being over pressured. A lot of dealerships get a little snippy when you aren't eager to buy. The negotiating process was even pleasant. They calmly talked and joked with me as we went through the process. Janet was my salesperson and Patrick was my negotiator to talk things over with. Never a harsh word or a sour mood. Horrible Service Inquired about the sales price of a car online and was notified I would have to stop by the dealership to get the price since it was at another Hendri Inquired about the sales price of a car online and was notified I would have to stop by the dealership to get the price since it was at another Hendrick dealership. I stopped by and was notified that they couldn't get the price on a Saturday. The sales manager told me that he would not contact the other dealership on a Saturday because they were too busy. I asked if there was a similar vehicle at another Hendrick dealership in Charleston and was told "I'm not going to do your shopping for you" and "why would I send yo to another dealership". Horrible customer service and insulting. I have bought five cars from Rick Hendrick and I will never buy another one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! More
