The service representative, Buckley Fulghum, was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle needs were taken care of. The service technician discovered an issue I didn't take the vehicle in for, but suspected it was an issue, and was very thankful and relieved that he discovered the issue (which I took care of today, saving me a lot of money and time/grief) to avoid a breakdown in the future. Since this additional maintenance was expected to take all day, Buckley Fulghum, the service representative, respectful of my time, offered me a complementary loaner vehicle for the day, which I happily accepted. In summary, this has hands down been the greatest vehicle maintenance experience I have ever had and will recommend everyone I know to send their business to Hendrick Toyota in North Charleston. More
