Excellent experience. Absolutely no pressure and no “slight of hand” in the Finance Dept. We took two 4Runners for a test drive that included engaging the 4WD. Because of a major traffic problem blocking the flow of traffic, I was late for my appointment. However, he was able to get my vehicle taken care in a timely manner. special service person: Andrew Bagwell Andrew was the only service person who was so knowledgeable of the toyota product, and who extended himself to find a warrenty which covered a major o Andrew was the only service person who was so knowledgeable of the toyota product, and who extended himself to find a warrenty which covered a major oil leak repair that I required on my 2012 Prius. None of hte other service peopel cared enough to find the warranty- they all sugested that I pay out of pocket, at an austronomical fee or replace the engine. I so appreciate Andrew's effort. Don't waste your time with Danny Marflake or Sara Duncan Tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Was given prices they obviously couldn't do. When you agree on a deal they disappear. Over tightening of everything! From the lug nuts to the oi After 6 years of letting Hendricks Toyota service my 2 Toyota’s, and watching them over torque oil filters to lug nuts( stripping lug nuts and studs After 6 years of letting Hendricks Toyota service my 2 Toyota’s, and watching them over torque oil filters to lug nuts( stripping lug nuts and studs and wanting me to pay $100 per lug/stud.$500 a wheel) I will no longer be using them. And after having a “real” mechanic go over my vehicle and change oil, it appears my oil filter hasn’t been changed in at least 20,000 miles! Have they/Toyota even been Changing my oil!? Upset in South Carolina!!! More

Called to schedule a test drive for a new Land Cruiser. Called reception, they checked the stock number, verified it was there at the dealership, so I scheduled a test drive. Arrived at the dealership after talking with the sales woman Katrina on the cell on the drive over. She took our information after a brief wait in the lobby, and then let us know that the vehicle was not there. The GM had it on a trip out of town, but we were welcome to come back in a few days. Very matter of fact, no apology. I said that she could have told me that on the phone to save me the drive over. She then made some comment about my rudeness and stormed off to the business office leaving my wife and I in the lobby. I was also surprised that after her outburst, the other employees in the lobby ignored the situation. No manager came to see what was going on. I carried our granddaughter out to the car while my wife went back in to talk to the people at the front desk - the two employees there didn't care. They certainly weren't busy, we were about the only customers there at 1:30pm on 25OCT19. Must have been 10-12 salesmen on the curb when we drove up. We have been Hendrick customers since we first moved here in '03. We've purchased several cars from their Volvo, GM, BMW and Honda shops. First visit to their Toyota shop.
