Brought my 2014 Toyota Highlander in for 120,000 mile service. Made appointment and car was ready in under 2 hours, while I waited. Great free coffee machine. They did an inspection almost right away and sent me a text with the report and one additional recommendation to replace battery terminals, which I approved by text response. Very convenient. My service rep, Jac, was very customer-centric and welcoming. I have been bringing my Highlander here for 4 years for routine maintenance and will continue to do so. Reliable and no lists of additional unnecessary items to fix or replace. And no pressure. More
