We purchased a used 3Runner and he was accommodating to letting me do what I needed to be comfortable with the purchase of an older vehicle. Beyond Brandon I want to call out the sales Manager, Mark, I met. We had a concern with the thermostat in the car and he took care of it with no questions asked. Ensuring our satisfaction was his top priority. The only thing I would suggest they consider changing is the way the guests are greeted. Walking in to a line of sales people like they are birds of prey perched ready to attack is a little intimidating. I would prefer a more subtle approach. I have purchased a lot of Toyota's over the years and have to say the overall experience was fantastic. I will definitely be telling others about the experience and look forward to working with them when our needs require a new Toyota. More

Brandon was Awesome! I told Brandon my situation in an email prior to going. He advised me that he thought we could work things out and to come up there. I reluctantly went thinking this was just typical salesmen talk. I was honestly expecting to get there and end up disappointed. I was wrong! He was very personable and worked with me to get my numbers where I needed to be. I drove out of there in my 2017 Sienna with getting about $2k more for my trade than I expected. I would definitely recommend Brandon if you are looking for a new vehicle! More
