He asked me if I wanted to test drive a Subaru that I had my eye on when I came in. Of course I said yes, one thing led to another and I traded in both my cars and purchased two subarus from him! Even though the process was much more complicated trading two cars and purchasing two cars, Kevin made it easy. I have a feeling it will be a little bit before I am in the market for another car, but when I do I will return to kevin!! More

We had just visited two dealerships the day before and were completely disgusted with the experience. Totally opposite at Hendrick Toyota. Very workable and we feel that we truly got a great deal. Would highly recommend Hendrick Toyota to friends and family. The Herman Miller chairs were super comfortable. More

Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and his passion for cars and client service was evident in everything we did. Cedrick offered a very fair price for the Toyota Camry we chose, and overall it was a great experience. We will be choosing Hendrick Toyota for car purchases in the future as well. Nick East also was very personable and made the purchase simple as well. More

Our experience I do not normally write bad reviews because I firmly believe that everyone has a bad day, but we were involved with four employees yesterday, two sale I do not normally write bad reviews because I firmly believe that everyone has a bad day, but we were involved with four employees yesterday, two salesmen, a GM and a manger of new cars. My husband and myself came in yesterday with every intention to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler, had already been pre-approved from my bank for what I was willing to spend, had done my research through my insurance agency to see what they typically sell for and what price ranges are listed. Online they had a listed price that was different from the ticket price on the Jeep, that when mentioned, the sales man said oh most people don't look online. He honestly didn't know what to say when confronted with the different pricing and it was completely shoved off as who ever does their website doesn't know what they are doing. The main reason we came into this particular dealership was because of a spring time clearance ad on the home page of the website that states "included with the purchase of any 2017 Jeep Rangler, 3" rough country lift, 17" rims and 35" tires" my husband was unable to even finish speaking before the sales man interrupted and said No! That is a $10,000 upgrade. That is not what the ad says, my husband states how this is fraud and false advertisement, as the sales men says yes they just use that to get people in the door, there is fine print some where or another, that says it's a $10,000 upgrade. To which we said okay let's see it. At this point another sales men joins in, we now have two sales men trying to tell us this ad just means for $10,000 you can get these upgrades. They hunted high and low on the website, zoomed in on our cell phones to find this non existent fine print. Still sticking to this whole $10,000 additional charge when the ad clearly states it is included with the purchase. They finally realize that we were not letting up, and they go ask the GM. Surprise surprise it is included which makes sense the sales men say because it's only about $5,000 their cost for those upgrades, BUT you have to pay the price on the ticket of the window to get this upgrade. I said please show me on the ad where it says this, I was completely ignored. These two sales men went on and on about how the Jeep Wranglers are in such high demand but they don't make enough off of them when they sale because the resale value is so high, in fact, they pay more to get them back! Because they make a higher profit of a resale. Too which I said then why wouldn't you want to sell the new ones and get them out of here since you aren't making your desired profit, and then resale the used ones, for this alleged better profit, of course, no response. I am then hounded by these two sales men, as they try to persuade me to go with a lower end Jeep, "but this is what they would get if they were buying" that wasn't even far off (price wise) from the two jeeps that we had shown interest in, I repeatedly told them no, my husband has to step in and says that's not what she wants and that's not what she is going to get. They question me about my line of credit and make snide remarks insinuating for whatever reason that I didn't have good enough credit to get a higher loan and to let them finance me through them because they were positive they could get what they needed to pay the price they were asking, it would only be a few extra $100's on the car payment Out of curiosity my husband asked if there was any other rebates going on, just to see if there was anything we could do on the price, to which he was AGAIN cut off and told there was no rebates, no wiggle room, not even a military discount they can offer on the Jeep wranglers. We further question this and are repeatly told the same thing. No wiggle room, no rebates, not even a military discount. And AGAIN the two sales men try and talk me into another vehicle because "come on are you really going to even take it off roading" to which I just look at my husband in pure shock. My husband revisits the spring time clearance ad and says I really just have a bad taste in my mouth from that stunt that was trying to be pulled. What can we do to meet somewhere in the middle of all this. For whatever reason they repeat their little speech, no wiggle room, no rebate, they can't even do a military discount. Just to see how this would go, we made an offer, they want to go talk to their new car manger and their GM. They return with the GM in tow, who has a print out of all of the upgrades they have already done to the JEEP that we are most interested in, well that was all on the tag outside as well so I'm not sure of what purpose this served and when the sales men told him what we offered, he instantly had an attitude, looks at my husband and says what makes you think it's worth that to me, what kind of research have you done that makes you think that we would even go for that, just completely rude and unmasked disgust, that it was almost comical. My husband relays everything that had been taking place over the last hour, with the ad online and the different pricing online. The GM then says well we can do a 5% military discount. You read that right, we were probably told between 10-15 times, no wiggle room, no rebate, NO MILITARY DISCOUNT. And suddenly a military discount is being offered. I gave one look to my husband, I stood to leave, and I'm then told please shop around, come back and see us we will match any offer and price we really want your business...... to which I could only laugh. We left. I am writing this review to warn other people of the crooked, lying, mind game playing, twisted sick people this company chooses to employee. Go any where else. Don't waste your time with manipulation attempts, rude attitudes, unmasked judgment and a blatant disregard for your needs and wants. And don't post your little copy and paste message about how you appreciate my feed back and you would like me to call the GM of the day to discuss this People are North Carolina and surrounding, STAY AWAY!!
