So, I had my best friend, who lives in Charlotte walk in to the dealership and talk to Paul Shaw and Lachrisha Wilson to see everything is as described on the website. Once my friend gave me thumbs up, I spoke directly to Lachrisha Wilson to make the deal done. Next, I drove my old 1999 Toyota Camry with my boys from Minneapolis, MN to Concord, NC during Christmas break. When we arrived we met with Noel, one of their sales staff. Honestly, Noel was one of the finest people you would ever want to work with in buying a car. He showed my wife and I everything we would want to know and experience about the vehicle we were inquiring about. He was patient, knowledgeable, and spent more time helping us than most would. For a specific personal reason we were not able to buy the car we were looking at, but wanted to make sure we shared that if you are in the market for a Toyota, please make sure to go to Hendrick Toyota in Concord. From their GM, to the Sales Managers, on down to our personal experience with Noel, we could not say enough nice things about how we were treated by this dealership. One more thing, the offer from the dealer was incredible, it would have been a great price for us to move forward with our purchase had it not been for the unspecified personal reason I will leave off.
