I am a loyal Toyota owner. I had a negative experience with my last dealership and so I decided to try Hendrick Toyota of Concord because I had a really positive experience wit I had a negative experience with my last dealership and so I decided to try Hendrick Toyota of Concord because I had a really positive experience with their service department earlier in the year. It was important to me to work with a female sales associate, and I was impressed that Hendrick had so many women working in sales. Jessie Chase helped me and I bought my new car from her. She was authentic, knowledgable, and she respected my time and wishes. She helped me buy the car that I wanted, not the other way around. The entire car-buying experience was very different with her and I will be returning to her from here on out, as well as recommending her to others.
