Honestly no one else in that dealership could have sold me a car except Dustin. He has a very gentle sales approach and knows how to build a rapport with the customer right away. He makes you feel at home and at ease and he puts you in control. Like many people most of my dearlership car buying experiences haven't been that great and I usually don't feel very good after leaving with my purchase but this was definitely not the case I love the car and I feel really good and satisfied with how everything happened. First time buying a car - Amazing experience!!! I was so nervous because I’ve never leased a car before. When doing my research I almost gave up because every other article mentioned how car salesm I was so nervous because I’ve never leased a car before. When doing my research I almost gave up because every other article mentioned how car salesmen will take advantage with “hidden fees”, etc. I really didn’t want to go through the hassle. I’m so lucky that I found Hendrick Toyota of Concord and had the opportunity to work with Darren, Noel and Nick. Darren helped me find what I wanted for a price that I could afford. He was honest and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Darren connected me with Noel and I’m so glad he did. Noel is one of the happiest people I’ve ever met and knew EVERYTHING about the Toyota Highlander. He invested so much time answering my questions and showing me all the features of the car. He made me feel comfortable and didn’t rush me (even when I asked the same question twice). Noel passed me over to Nick to finish up all the paperwork. Nick was personable and at the end of it all he felt like a friend. He didnt waste my time trying to oversell me something I wasn’t interested in. I told him what I wanted and he gave me his honest recommendation. These guys truly made this an easy and enjoyable experience! I plan to only lease/buy cars from them going forward.
