Oil change, bulb change, brake adjustment and cleaning. I've always considered Hendrick Toyota as an excellent dealership for service and sales. However, my last experience was and continues to be a nightma I've always considered Hendrick Toyota as an excellent dealership for service and sales. However, my last experience was and continues to be a nightmare. I brought my Tundra in for service. It was returned to me with a smashed rear bumper. The service representative explained that while test driving the vehicle someone ran into the back of it. Hendrick Toyota took NO RESPONSIBILITY for what happened. They gave me the name and insurance of the person that hit my truck and told me it was my responsibility to get my vehicle repaired, because as they put it, "The accident was not their fault." To make matters worst, they still required that I pay for the service they rendered. Oh, they deducted $9.95 for the plate bulb they installed, because it was smashed with the bumper. This was 1 week ago and I'm still trying to get my bumper replaced through the insurance of the driver that hit the vehicle. Nightmare Continues More
