I would say BEWARE to all new car buyers. So I bought a 2018 Toyota Camry so happy it was my frist car. I did alot of research but apparently not enough because now I'm screwed and in the hole. However when I bought my car they did not sell or Mention anything about gap insurance.... so I was in an Accident that was not my fault and now I don't have a car and I'm in the hole by at best +5000 at the worst +8000. I got all of the Coverage they did offer for the car thinking that everything would be taken care of nope thats just some cute fluff that they sell you. And now looking back i was rushed Through the signing process cause honestly I get it... all they want to do is sell the car and now... I've lost my car and I still have to pay on it... and I cant even afford to get another for an Accident that was not my fault. Do yourself a favor and go with a dealership that actually sells gap... or please ask them how to get it. Shame on you Hendrick I trusted that I would be taken care of... my money my not change anything but if I can stop just one person from making my mistake and not giving you money then I've done my job. Frist time car buyers please be careful. 🙏 More

Every Sales, Service, and Finance representative I met that day was patient and polite; there was no sense of rush. Requested a few service changes to the vehicle at purchase; they did them as quickly as the parts came in. I had to request that they drive the vehicle to me in Durham; again, happy to accommodate. I had a random question about a detail of the vehicle's history almost two months after purchase and reached out; had my answer the same day. Thanks again! More
