Just moved to Charlotte at the end of last year and am a first-time customer in the service department. The service representative was very professional and courteous but, I requested to have the corrosion left from the old battery to be cleaned at the terminals and the battery's bracket. Unfortunately, much of the corrosion was still there after I received the vehicle back from service. While in the waiting area, noticed the furniture is in need of replacement, the chair's upholstery ripped and the tables are torn and stained. Also, disappointed they didn't grant a military discount for the purchase I made. Still, I have not decided yet if I will be back at this dealership. More
