Took my car in for a state inspection. It "failed" on window tint that has been on the car for 5 years. So I get to pay for their faulty tools. Took it to another shop down the street that It "failed" on window tint that has been on the car for 5 years. So I get to pay for their faulty tools. Took it to another shop down the street that same morning and passed with no issue as it should. Then they had the nerve to call and ask about buying my car, what a joke. Never using any Hendrick dealer again. More

Purchased a new Sienna this week. Todd Moore was a great sales associate. Not pushy, and zeroed in on my preferred means of communications. Once again, and I can't say it enough, Woody Woods is the best. I first meet Woody in 1997 and he has been taking care of my Toyota's ever since. Communication was not good between employees. Purchased vehicle on Thursday, February 23, 2023 with a crack in windshield. Left it there to be fixed and finally went back on Thursday, March 2, 2 Purchased vehicle on Thursday, February 23, 2023 with a crack in windshield. Left it there to be fixed and finally went back on Thursday, March 2, 2023 and vehicle had not been fixed because of lack of communication. We were under the impression that they were fixing crack only, but found out the whole windshield was being replaced, which we are happy about. We brought it home that day and the glass replacement company came to house and completed. More
