The service was adequate but both the sales associate and the fininacial advisor I worked with were not forth coming with information. I wanted to purchase a hybrid vehicle and due to stock issues I settled the fininacial advisor I worked with were not forth coming with information. I wanted to purchase a hybrid vehicle and due to stock issues I settled for a new Toyota corolla instead. After this I was adamant about taking out a 60 month finance plan but they immediately lumped me into a 72 month plan because they knew the dollar amount I was willing to pay. As a result they pushed their premium packages at me. I selected the silver package and found out later they had me signed up for the platinum package instead. This is my very first new car purchase and I feel that at every turn I was lied to and scammed into paying more for the car than I should. I canceled the platinum plan as soon as I realized what had happened but I was unable to cancel the GAP insurance even though I was told I would be able to cancel it at any time. I also was not allowed to remove the 1 year pointless dent repair and the oil changes. When I asked why they would not give me a reason. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because the car itself is great. However I will be paying almost 3 grand more than I anticipated because of all the add on charges that i was not made aware of. More

I highly recommend Justin Dreyer because he was very knowledgeable able my suv. I felt like my suv was in good hands; and plus he check out my tires to see if I will be oh k driving to Myrtle Beach that knowledgeable able my suv. Extremely remarkable and amazing service a 10 out of 10 !!!! Zach Williams did awesome job on my suv it drives better and he was fast because I wasn’t waiting for my suv long at all !!!!! So thanks you Zach for your hard work and labor under my hood of my suv !!!!! More
