Andrew Macias was an excellent agent that helped me through the whole process of buying the perfect vehicle. He provided me with a loaner vehicle while I waited for my new vehicle to arrive. He even kept me updated as to when he would arrive with the loaner.He showed me all the functions of my new vehicle and answered all my questions. The vehicle is beautiful. He followed up the next day and added if I have any questions to call. I am having leather seats placed and a protective film placed on the vehicle.Andrew introduced us to Audra who will arrange the having these upgrades done. Audra called me first thing on Monday and arranged a date for me to drop the car off. They are providing me a loaner while the upgrades are done. Audra is very gracious and accommodating Andrew and Audra are truly stellar !! I am grateful for the kind service Great work and thank you!! More

Communication is key. I arrived for my 3 pm appointment and made sure to tell the service writer how I had problems creating my appointment online. I also asked her to see if she could tell me my id so I would not have that problem in the future. My service was routine ( oil and rotation). Service writer says give me about an hour and a half and we will get you out of here. At the 2 hour fifteen minute mark I proceed to ask about my vehicle to which I was advised it was still being worked on. I explained I had an appointment and I needed to leave as my service has never gone 2 + hours. Service writer advised the manager was aware and for my time they were going to add the fuel additive at no charge. No thanks I responded $10.00 fuel additive was more of an insult than help. I return to lobby for 20 more minutes to be greeted by the “manager” who then advised me I did not have an appointment. Why am I finding out 2.5 hours later I did not have an appointment? I opened my phone to show him my confirmation email. The manager continues to dig into the email and see’s the appointment was made at a different Hendrick dealership. Had this been advised in the beginning and I was told I did not have an appointment I could have left and come back at a better time. Manager said he understood I had to go and parked my car in the service bay. Essentially the whole fiasco was my fault … I looked at the manager to confirm and yep it was my fault. Again, a little communication would have prevented this whole situation from going sideways. I got in my vehicle to find my glove box disassembled and when I called the manager over I learned that was my fault because I rushed them … I’m batting a 1000… not often you get to make this many mistakes and be the blame. I need to go back and return their key magnet to them because it was not removed from my key ring .. I just was afraid of being blamed for yet another mistake. In all the years I’ve come here I’ve never had such a situation. Staff seemed new ( maybe they are well seasoned but doubtful) services was not as expected. More
