I will say this was the 2nd time I was not pleased with a service advisor. I had my son take my car in and the service advisor this time, Brad T, was nothing short of a smart butt. I guess he thought I was some random lady that didn't understand cars, but I worked at a dealership, in service, for about 8 years so I do know a little something about cars and the sounds they shouldn't be making. He kept speaking to me as if I was making something up and sounded as if he had better things to do. I requested Chip but for whatever reason we didn't get to speak or work with him. I can assure you the next time I request a service advisor when booking my apt, I want that advisor. If I am given Brad T I will wait until someone else is available. NEVER AGAIN! More
