I was at Hendrick Toyota for a tire rotation & correct a tire sensor issue. I was there 2 1/2 hrs the next day my sensor lite was back on. I was not happy with that considering the time I was there & stated so n my review . Since then Tim Hayes got n touch with me regarding my displeasure. As u would have it the next day I had a flat n the tire n question. I replaced the tire & haven't had any more issues with the tire sensor staying on. Tim was very professional & understanding about my issue & even offered a free front alignment for a issue that was a knot on the tire n question which apparently the new tire resolved the problem. I feel Tim is very serious about correcting any issues that might come up n the service dept. & making sure the customer walks away satisfied . I give Tim a A+ Wayne McNeil
