Purchased a vehicle from Toyota Concord location last August, and very clearly told the salesperson and Finance associate to only run credit check to 2 banks for best rate. Well, about 6 credit inquiries August, and very clearly told the salesperson and Finance associate to only run credit check to 2 banks for best rate. Well, about 6 credit inquiries later, my info was sent to multiple lenders…Thereby impacting my credit score, 10 POINT decline!!! I was very upset by this and clearly voiced the issue, no resolve and still dealing with a lowered credit score….Be very careful and alert with the Finance department at this location!! More
