The experience started off fine, however, the following day we made them aware of the fact that the vehicle they sold to me contained an AirTag that was left by the previous owners. By this time the previo day we made them aware of the fact that the vehicle they sold to me contained an AirTag that was left by the previous owners. By this time the previous owners would have been able to track the vehicle and its whereabouts over a 2 day period. I explained to them that I viewed it as a safety issue for my daughter and granddaughters. I asked them remove the AirTag and to reprogram the keys so that if there was an additional key out there it would no longer operate. The used car manager and his supervisor declined to because it would have cost them $1000.00. I explains to them that I considered it a safety issue for my family. After running the scenario by several different people, the consensus opinion was that it definitely could be a safety issue. This is the second and last vehicle I will buy from a Hendrick dealer. I guess as a retired law enforcement officer I have a different perspective than a dealership that’s worried about $1000.00 expense. More

Svctech advised 11. 22.23 to replace new radiator $1,781+. On the way home from vet with dog all coolant lost 2.5.24. Sitting stranded with dog waiting for additonal tow 22.23 to replace new radiator $1,781+. On the way home from vet with dog all coolant lost 2.5.24. Sitting stranded with dog waiting for additonal tow fee $150. Svctech says radiator connector hose broke $300 2.6.24. TT Mgr. asking to make right $7.00 discount now $293. Why would connector hose break? Did mech. see when reconnecting hose? Is there another compromised hose left to break? Was hose connected correctly? Should hose(s) have been replaced when radiator was replaced? Mgr. says no. Mgr. only spoke excuses not solutions. Gut tells me words spoken cannot be trusted and dealership only cares about money and not taking care of customer. More
I had a good experience during my recent vehicle service appointment at Hendrick Toyota (Concord). The Service Advisor kept me abreast of my vehicle progress and notified me that I needed a new battery. I appointment at Hendrick Toyota (Concord).
