What a great experience at Hendrick Toyota Concord today. I have had good luck there for many years but today's service was exceptional. Had an unexpected rear wheel bearing issue in our Prius and not only I have had good luck there for many years but today's service was exceptional. Had an unexpected rear wheel bearing issue in our Prius and not only was it fixed in less than 1/2 the time we expected BUT it was way less expensive that we thought and the CUSTOMER SERVICE was EXCELLENT! Special shout out to Jay Moore for taking such good, one on one PERSONAL CARE. We drove 60 miles for this service and he made the trip worth it! Hendrick is lucky to have him! 5 Stars all the way!!!
