We went in to look around and drove out in my new car! ! From the moment we stepped foot into the dealership, everyone was so kind and friendly. We weren't pressured or accosted in the lot. Our sales associate, Lamont Perry, was helpful, generous with his time, and knowledgeable. He was kind enough to test drive both options with us while answering our questions. Lamont was engaging and honest (and funny!)...just the best! He even came in and told us about a chip in the paint that we didn't see originally...and covered the cost to have it repaired (along with providing me a loaner for the duration they had my car!). When it came time for financing, Brandon Tinsley was great! The whole process was state of the art!! Brandon didn't try to up-sell me anything that I didn't need and answered all of our questions. Just a great experience! I would absolutely recommend Hendrick Toyota of Concord for anyone in the market for a car!! More
