Sitting stranded with dog waiting for additonal tow fee $150. Svctech says radiator connector hose broke $300 2.6.24. TT Mgr. asking to make right $7.00 discount now $293. Why would connector hose break? Did mech. see when reconnecting hose? Is there another compromised hose left to break? Was hose connected correctly? Should hose(s) have been replaced when radiator was replaced? Mgr. says no. Mgr. only spoke excuses not solutions. Gut tells me words spoken cannot be trusted and dealership only cares about money and not taking care of customer. More
