BAD SERVICE PERSONNEL We have purchased 3 Toyotas from Hendrick Toyota Concord....today was the worst experience I have had with them.....our 2007 Sequoia was recalled due We have purchased 3 Toyotas from Hendrick Toyota Concord....today was the worst experience I have had with them.....our 2007 Sequoia was recalled due to a defective front passenger airbag problem[it explodes and has caused deaths from the flying parts in the deployed airbag].....it has been almost a year we have waited to have this problem fixed....talked with Chip in the Service Center and he was extremely rude and obnoxious to me over the phone.....I told him that I wasn't able to use my vehicle fully since no one can ride in the front seat....He said, "You can haul people in the back....how many people do you want to haul anyway?"...you can use your car. He has being a smart ass....what's it to him how I use my own car....I want my vehicle fully functional and fixed in a timely manner and don't deserve his asinine perspective. I have opened a file with the corporate office...he also advised me that I would have to leave my vehicle on their lot until they could get it fixed and he was unable to tell me how long that would take. Meagan S. & Sales Manager Donnie are fantastic! Went to look at used Highlanders and said "I am just looking and not buying today!". Yeah right! They had what I wanted and I liked Meagan and Donni Went to look at used Highlanders and said "I am just looking and not buying today!". Yeah right! They had what I wanted and I liked Meagan and Donnie both, so how could I resist! Meagan is a doll of a sales woman and went the extra mile. Made a great deal by trading my 08 highlander and I love my "used" 2015! We hope to see Meagan soon when we find a Tacoma for my hubby! Great dealership! Great selection and most of all GREAT STAFF! Worst dealership, don't trust the name! Bought a Camry in June and it was a horrible experience then. The only reason I went there was because of the Hendrick name. I was far mistaken about Bought a Camry in June and it was a horrible experience then. The only reason I went there was because of the Hendrick name. I was far mistaken about that. When I got in a wreck and totaled the Camry in September, I called my finance guy and told him I wanted a refund from my extended warranty he said I would get the full amount back which was $1742. He convinced me to give them another try and so I went in and put a deposit down on a 2016 Tacoma for them to locate. I never got a single call from my sales person for a update and I even called to try to talk to him to get a update which I shouldn't of even had to do. I could not get a hold of him and even left a message. I decided to give him to Saturday. After Saturday went by I was done waiting for a response and decided to go up to the dealership and get my locate deposit and my extended warranty refund. When I went in to sign for the refund of the deposit and the extended warranty he told me that it was only $1542 which was 90% of the extended warranty. It was complete bull crap that I got lied to about receiving a refund of the $1742 which he made clear three weeks before that I would receive that refund. I will never be back to any Hendrick dealership after my two horrible experiences. I have sense bought a brand new Toyota at a different dealership and you wouldn't believe how different and how much better I was treated. Do not go to Hendrick just because of the name it is very false. More

They recommended $1881.05 worth of repairs before getting inspecti Went in for recall notice service and asked to get NC inspection while they had it. They recommended $1881.05 worth of repairs before getting inspection and said it could not pass the inspection without $514.26 worth of repairs. I passed on their recommendation and took it down the street to another inspection station and got the inspection done with out any issues. I don't know how they sleep at night the way they try to rip people off! More

Thankfully my husband spoke with James Ramirez at Hendrick Toyota of Concord a whole different experience. Paul Shaw was our sales representative and he was so nice and friendly. He really helped us out and was very interested in our business. After a hour we closed the deal, Thanks to Paul we drove our new vehicle home. I will definitely return to Hendrick Toyota of CONCORD, NC and I will make sure we ask for Paul Shaw. More
