Busted windshield Bought a 2010 toyota tacoma . had the truck less than a week . took it in the service dept to have my breaks checked and or changed if needed . i sit Bought a 2010 toyota tacoma . had the truck less than a week . took it in the service dept to have my breaks checked and or changed if needed . i sit there for over an hour waiting on this truck to come out of the service dept . finally i get up and go ask for the truck . they take me out to the truck explain what had been done to the truck and send me on my way . what they didnt explain that there was now a crack in my windshield. So i go back to the dealership talk to the service dept . talk to my salesman. ( les stewart ) great guy to deal with very helpful . i go back to the dealership talk to someone else dont know his name . this is my first truck that i was able to buy . well ive been trying to get answers to this whole dibacle for 2 weeks now and i finally get a call back from the service manager that is basically to tell me that they couldnt accept fualt for busting the windshield . that they couldnt accept responsibility for it . i love the truck . im angry and furious to just be another sale another number to a dealership that doesnt car about there customers and is all about the sale ... Its sad . now i have to pay for a windshield outta my pocket because of there negligence. More

Poor Service Do not waste your time with this place. They are about making a $1. Customer Service is so poor. They will try to take advantage of you and they do not like it at all when you speak up and prove them wrong. More

VIP Service!!!! First Time at the dealer and to my surprises got a VIP services and more. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by Jose Rodrigue First Time at the dealer and to my surprises got a VIP services and more. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by Jose Rodriguez and Rick McKenzie who surprised me with a VIP service. There were already five cars ahead of us but we were move up to first in line. I was expecting to wait at least an hour or more but we were in and out within 30 minutes. I super highly recommend this dealer for your car services. Please ask for these two gentlemen for an awesome service. More

BAD SERVICE PERSONNEL We have purchased 3 Toyotas from Hendrick Toyota Concord....today was the worst experience I have had with them.....our 2007 Sequoia was recalled due We have purchased 3 Toyotas from Hendrick Toyota Concord....today was the worst experience I have had with them.....our 2007 Sequoia was recalled due to a defective front passenger airbag problem[it explodes and has caused deaths from the flying parts in the deployed airbag].....it has been almost a year we have waited to have this problem fixed....talked with Chip in the Service Center and he was extremely rude and obnoxious to me over the phone.....I told him that I wasn't able to use my vehicle fully since no one can ride in the front seat....He said, "You can haul people in the back....how many people do you want to haul anyway?"...you can use your car. He has being a smart xxx....what's it to him how I use my own car....I want my vehicle fully functional and fixed in a timely manner and don't deserve his asinine perspective. I have opened a file with the corporate office...he also advised me that I would have to leave my vehicle on their lot until they could get it fixed and he was unable to tell me how long that would take. Very unhappy customer...... More
