Great Service! I brought my 2016 Tacoma in for it's first scheduled service and had them look at a small rattle in the drivers window. My service specialist (Dave C I brought my 2016 Tacoma in for it's first scheduled service and had them look at a small rattle in the drivers window. My service specialist (Dave Chagnon) was very knowledgeable and professional, and left me with no doubt that they would be able to fix the issue. I left my vehicle with them and Dave kept me informed throughout the day with status updates. When I picked up my truck everything had been done that was promised and the rattle was now gone! This is a great team of specialists that are knowledgeable and and show real compassion in what they do. I will definitely bring my vehicle here for all my service needs. More

A few friends had recommended Hendricks so I called to set an appointment As a new NC resident, I was nervous about having to find a new car quickly. A few friends had recommended Hendricks so I called to set an appointment. That evening I met with John, who immediately made me feel at ease as he asked me what I was looking for in a car and what my priorities were for my search. I didn't feel pressured or like I was being upsold on anything. I went in to look at their used cars, but ended up leaving with price quotes for both used and new options due to discounts available for new models. John didn't hesitate when I asked for multiple pricing options on model models. He was also knowledgeable about the car features for each year and model. I ended up switching from wanting a used car to a new car. I scheduled a second appointment in which John made sure I was thoroughly knowledgeable about all the vehicle features and options before I committed to purchasing the car. He then explained all the paperwork to me as we completed the process. Even before I left the dealer he made sure I was set up in my new car with blue tooth and all.
