Happy with Joe. After much research about Toyota dealerships when looking for my 4Runner, I stayed with Hendrick. I have had great service on my Tundra in the past so After much research about Toyota dealerships when looking for my 4Runner, I stayed with Hendrick. I have had great service on my Tundra in the past so I really felt like I knew this dealership. Paul Shaw helped us when researching vehicles then Nick East spent valuable time with us test driving the Highlander and the 4Runner. (Paul & Nick were moved to the finance dept.) We narrowed the search to a 4Runner and after narrowing down the one we wanted, Joe came in to close the deal and kept us updated, responding promptly to inquiries and even texted me photos of the vehicle when it arrived at the dealership. I felt like he shared our enthusiasm about the purchase. He was great to work with and we completed the deal just as expected, with no hassle. More
Poor Customer Service We purchased a car for our daughter on July 30th. Her SECOND temporary tag expired this past Sunday. My husband left a voicemail Saturday inquiring about license plate status and his call was not returned on Monday. When I called yesterday and finally spoke to Vernita in customer relations, she told me she would email that department and get back to one of us today. No call. No apology. No sense of urgency. I just called dealership again and was sent to her voicemail. I did leave a message, but not feeling confident in her returning it, I also left a voicemail for the general manager, Donnie Moore, in hopes he can assist her. I understand that things happen, but when you make a mistake, own up to it and correct it. If you don't have an answer, follow up by apologizing to the customer and communicate that you are still working on a solution. That's Customer Service 101. Maybe if we had bought a new car instead of a used one, we would receive better customer service. To be continued... More
Wanted Tire Pressure Light Checked Pulled into bay and waited at least 5 minutes before any one asked if I needed help. Several employees walking around busy doing nothing..Greeted with a hello "buddy" from one guy, then the service employee came over as I was about to leave due to no one help me. He took my mileage down wrong and thought I was getting service done to my car. After putting my information into the system, he said it would be checked out. What a joke this Service Department is. Will not come back for sure. More

Love this man. I bought a Tundra in 2011 and have been having it serviced at this dealership since purchased. I have been lucky enough to have Thomas as my service t I bought a Tundra in 2011 and have been having it serviced at this dealership since purchased. I have been lucky enough to have Thomas as my service tech from Day 1. He makes sure the Tundra is in top shape and that we are taken care of when we shuttle to the mall or wait on the service. More
Not sold on them I went on 2 separate occasions and asked for routine maintenance things. They were more concerned with fixing the high cost repairs they identified my vehicle as needing. The first time I asked to have the engine air filter replaced and they forgot. Second service visit, I noticed there were no comments on the filter on my bill, I asked if it was replaced and the Advisor said yes, there must not have been a problem since they didn't replace it. Two months later I go for an inspection and am told my engine air filter needs to be replaced. Just to mention when I scheduled the appt. I told the lady I would need a loaner and was dropping my vehicle off at 7:30a. She said the Advisor would help, when I got there the Advisor said I had to go thru a rental car company (in the same building) and pay for a loaner and if my repairs exceeded $500 then the loaner would be free. Why couldn't she tell me that over the phone? As well as communicate if you are dropping off and want a loaner you have to wait for the rental car place to open an hour later! More

Busted windshield Bought a 2010 toyota tacoma . had the truck less than a week . took it in the service dept to have my breaks checked and or changed if needed . i sit Bought a 2010 toyota tacoma . had the truck less than a week . took it in the service dept to have my breaks checked and or changed if needed . i sit there for over an hour waiting on this truck to come out of the service dept . finally i get up and go ask for the truck . they take me out to the truck explain what had been done to the truck and send me on my way . what they didnt explain that there was now a crack in my windshield. So i go back to the dealership talk to the service dept . talk to my salesman. ( les stewart ) great guy to deal with very helpful . i go back to the dealership talk to someone else dont know his name . this is my first truck that i was able to buy . well ive been trying to get answers to this whole dibacle for 2 weeks now and i finally get a call back from the service manager that is basically to tell me that they couldnt accept fualt for busting the windshield . that they couldnt accept responsibility for it . i love the truck . im angry and furious to just be another sale another number to a dealership that doesnt car about there customers and is all about the sale ... Its sad . now i have to pay for a windshield outta my pocket because of there negligence. More
