Never expected this kind of treatment from a larger dealers! We purchased a brand new 2016 Highlander had 4 miles on it .. during Hurricane Mathew we found out we had a leak in the windshield. We called the dea We purchased a brand new 2016 Highlander had 4 miles on it .. during Hurricane Mathew we found out we had a leak in the windshield. We called the dealership we purchased our vehicle from ....they advised us that there service department was closed and that Hendrick Toyota service department was open till 9:00 pm ...To make a long story short we took our SUV to them and they found that we had a leak in our windshield and informed us that they couldn't fix it ...but they would have a windshield repair company come out on Monday and fix it . Mind you it's still raining cats and dogs outside so we asked could they give us a loaner vehicle till Monday or till the fix it. We were told no. So Monday came not a call from the windshield repair shop .. no call from dealership .. nothing! I called the dealership and asked the representative what happened they replied they didn't know .. that the service Manager would get back too me next morning! Morning went by ... still no call afternoon went by ... no call ...! Evening came I called back to dealership .. I was told the manager was on the phone will give him message and he will call back ... it's almost night now still no call ... this is the worst customer service I ever dealt with .. you best believe we are going to corporate about this .!!! I understand they can get busy at times .. and my little windshield issue is maybe next to nothing compared to the other issues that they may have going on but we paid almost 40,000 for this vehicle .. we gave Toyota... Our business!!! Were is the good service we should have .... receive BACK!!!! More
