The headlight on my 2012 Prius burned out, and I called the dealership for repair as soon as I realized that I had a problem. The dealership arranged to fix my car the same day I called. very helpful and friendly service and customer service. very helpful and friendly service and customer service. i feel that, at times, there is an effort to sell service, very expensive service, when the very helpful and friendly service and customer service. i feel that, at times, there is an effort to sell service, very expensive service, when the service is not needed. the young lady that facilitated my service this time did not do this, but i have been there several times and had service pushed on me, e.g. the service tech found some minor signs of power steering fluid under my truck and wanted to repair it for nearly $1000. i did not have the work done and there has been no more evidence of the problem nor has this been brought to my attention again. being able to trust the people i hire to work for me is vitally important. that experience damaged the trust i have with your company. however, while there have been attempts to sell more service, i have not experience the degree of a problem that i described above.
