A huge thank you to Steve Graham and everyone in the service department; I needed my 15,000 oil change and thought that while it was in, I'd have a tow hitch attached. As always, when we arrived at Hendrick Toyota, we were greeted within 15 seconds of being outside of the car and were immediately helped. I went to the dealership for routine service and was told that I had several things that needed to be replaced including an axle oil leak, a drive belt, etc. I approved the work and the total bill received that I had several things that needed to be replaced including an axle oil leak, a drive belt, etc. I approved the work and the total bill received was over $700. I did not mind paying the bill, but was a little surprised to find that the labor rate has increased to $96/hour. The worst thing about the experience was when they brought my car out to me, it had a large scratch underneath the driver door handle and after showing them, one asked if it was existing when I brought it in. They almost lost a customer at that point. They took it to the back and buffed it out and said it was most likely from a guard that they put over it to protect it. The service people are friendly and nice and that is one the best things about the dealership. The pricing for repairs is fairly costly, even for the routine work. More
