This was the best service ever - Alexander Stokes I've got my Corolla in 2014 and ever since that I've been having my car service from Hendrick Toyota. Ever since the last time I went on March 16, it used to be like so lagging and I had to wait hours in the waiting room . But this time , I got to work with Alex and he was so good in explaining what all was done to my car and he said before they started my service , that exactly like it would take less than an hour and it worked as he said. I'm definitely going to work with him the next time I'm having my car service . More

Can not fix a car I brought my vehicle in March 3rd because my dash lights were all coming on in the car was hesitating. They called and told me that it was a ground pr I brought my vehicle in March 3rd because my dash lights were all coming on in the car was hesitating. They called and told me that it was a ground problem and that everything could be fixed but it wasn't covered under one it was $185. So I agreed. Not even week and a half later having the same problem now car is stalling luckily I was near a shop and they fixed it right the first time. Great work Hendrickson Toyota. And you guys did not even issue a refund More
Unexpectantly Good Service I was very pleasantly surprised at that amount of cooperation I received from the service associate. I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealershi I was very pleasantly surprised at that amount of cooperation I received from the service associate. I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership. However, not only did they honor coupons from my dealership they also advised me of services I had remaining under my warranty and performed those services during my visit. They told my how long it would take to service my vehicle and they finished up a good bit earlier than expected. They topped off the visit by washing my car, which is always a nice touch. More

I spoke with Brantley, the Service Manager and he went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did he fix the problem made sure that I left there happy. They apologized, sincerely. They went a step further and drove my husband, who has Multiple Sclerosis, home because he didn't have his medications with him. We live 40 minutes away!! I went in there figuring it was going to end ugly and that somehow I was going to eat the bill which was quite hefty. Nope. I was pleasantly wrong. Hendrick Toyota has a customer for life! Tires balance (when they were just done the previous time i was in the shop 3 thousand miles ago new filters in all compartments (the car only has 20K on it. yet all of the filters needed to be replaced. Alignment for the front end. just feels like they just want to take advantage of you rather than give you an honest look into your car. they kept on doing the oil change at the wrong time. Always ask if you want a car wash but never give it to you. More
