I truly couldn’t have asked for a better sales associate than Tom McClay. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, and I was very nervous. Tom was nothing like the car salesman s than Tom McClay. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, and I was very nervous. Tom was nothing like the car salesman stereotypes I was prepared for. He was honest, genuine, and never pushy. During my test drive, he took the time to go through each button and setting on the dashboard, and after purchasing he helped me set up my Toyota app and Apple CarPlay. I don’t anticipate having to purchase a new car anytime soon (it’s a Toyota after all), but I will happily tell friends and family to shop with Tom! More
