I purchased my 2011 Tundra when this dealership first opened their doors, and the experience was pleasant, quick, and easy. I tried to trade my truck in 2019, and was so offended by their trade-in offer opened their doors, and the experience was pleasant, quick, and easy. I recently noticed they finally had decent inventory of Tundra's, so I decided to give them another chance. I worked directly with Ashley Kurtzman, and the experience was great. The negotiation was very similar to what I had experienced back in 2011. Including the test drive, I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour.
