I was looking for an affordable, gas friendly, standard crossover SUV and my friends, who own Subarus, referred me to the Performance Subaru Dealership. I was not disappointed. My hats off to Bill, Anna and Nic for their patience and understanding during my new Subaru Forester purchase. I don't buy cars on a regular basis and going through a business transaction that involves thousands of dollars was stressful. At times I was anxious but each representative in their own way got me through it. All three agents were supportive and professional throughtout my process. I love my new Forester and would not hesitate to refer family or friends to Performance Subaru. More
We had two consecutive experiences with Performance Subaru where Deborah Marable showed unbelievable customer service. The first was the night we purchased the car, we drove 90 miles from our home afte Subaru where Deborah Marable showed unbelievable customer service. The first was the night we purchased the car, we drove 90 miles from our home after agreeing to the terms provided by Anna Latta the sales manager. When we got there we were told that we would have to come back the next day to close the deal. Deborah Marable stepped in worked with us and the finance manager and had us in our new car headed home. A week later we came to complete some paperwork and get some service done, again we were told we've have to come back the next day. Deborah again stepped in, got us a loaner, got our car serviced the next day then had a driver bring us our car. She was amazing!! We've made performance home for car buying and Deborah Marable made that happen. More
The oil change was done quickly. I was offered a discount price for a series of oil changes with no final deadline date. In addition, had forgotten that one headlight went out. I took my Forester in for it's 15k service, I could not have had a better experience. I dropped it off because it was going to take a couple of hours, the shuttle service was prompt on both the pick up and have had a better experience. All my communications with the service department were professional, courteous, and friendly.
