We are a 7 year customer of Hendrick Subaru Southpoint, starting back when they were Performance Auto Mall in Chapel Hill. They have always gone above and beyond. We bought our first Forester from David F. starting back when they were Performance Auto Mall in Chapel Hill. They have always gone above and beyond. We bought our first Forester from David F., then our second pre-owned non-Subaru from Ke-Londa T, and finally our newest Forester from Adrian S. The buying process has always been smooth and professional, with the finance managers working to get us the best interest rates. The Encore delivery, completed by Joseph R., is a wonderful added bonus that lets you learn all about your new vehicle. Service has always been top notch, and has provided us with quick and efficient service. When service was going to take longer than expected, we were provided with a loaner vehicle that would accommodate our needs of transporting a friend in a wheelchair. Service at this location is horrendous. Was just in for service here and all the staff is so friendly and the facility was so clean compared to other dealerships I’ve been to.
