Dropped off end of day Wednesday, had my car back Friday. BMW Southpoint has fantastic staff and great service. I checked in my Z4 with cooling system issues 15 minutes before close of business. By lunchtime Thursday, Joe had sent me a detailed video of issues related to his diagnosis as well as conditions of many of the car’s components. Parts which had to be ordered were required for the repair. The Southpoint team was on the ball and had my car ready Friday afternoon. I’m not big on car dealerships, but Southpoint BMW has earned my respect and loyalty. More
