In July 2015 I had Hendrick Porsche perform a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) of a used Porsche 911 I was buying in Charlotte. I reside in Florida and I trusted their expertise (in this case lack of...) in assessing the car's condition and I made my purchasing decision partially based on the information they provided. Unfortunately after I bought the car I realized how INCOMPLETE, SUPERFICIAL and UNPROFESSIONAL their inspection was. They reported problems that did not exist and missed critical information about the engine and other flaws even a blind person could see. Their job was a total failure and they did not do what they were paid for. I wrote and called without a response. I also reported the issue to Porsche of North America. I WOULD NOT HAVE HENDRICK PORSCHE FIX A BICYCLE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM. More

Purchased of Used 2008 Corvette My wife and I just wanted to say that we were very pleased with how comfortable and valued we felt during the entire shopping/buying experience. This included taking a long test drive, settling on a transaction, and finally leaving with an awesome car. Now it is worth mentioning we pulled into the Porsche dealership with a 1999 Ford Ranger. We were definitely not Porsche buyers but were treated as if we were searching for a new 911 Turbo. My wife and I found the entire experience as a perfect example of how a car purchase should be. Many thanks to the salesman, Richard Reynolds, and the kind finance team led by Mark Solomon. Needless to say we would recommend this dealership, but perhaps, the is also an example of the management style of the Hendricks Dealership Teams. Either way the formula works at Hendricks Porsche. After 2 BMW M5s I went to Hendrick Porsche next to BMW. I was going to get an M6 Grand Coupe but was hesitant after my M5 went on fire. I met Richard at Hendrick Porsche, he is a great guy. He was not pushy at all, he knows everything about the car and is very honest. I got a 2014 Panamera Turbo and his professionalism, honesty and patience throughout the process has been great! I wanted to install some customized accessories in the car, so he recommended GMP Performance. He knew exactly what I wanted before I got the car and insured I got what I wanted after I already bought the car. Richard followed up with me a month after I bought the car. at that time I was having difficulties getting my Panamera to work with my garage opener. I gave up trying and asked him if he knew of anyone I could hire. Richard was so great that he himself came to my house and fixed it for nothing when the car was already mine and he did not have to do anything more for me. He was able to get my 3 garage door openers working! I have dealt with many car salesmen and he is the best by far!! More

I've bought and sold a lot of cars in my life, and Hendrick Porsche stands out to be the best I've ever dealt with. I dealt with Steve Mann, who is probably the most honest, helpful, responsive, and upfront sales professional I've ever dealt with. Just for background, I've had dealings with Audi, BMW, MB, Infiniti in the past, so I'm not comparing them to a Chrysler dealership. This was a long distance purchase - flew down from NYC and drove 660 miles back home! Car was exactly as described, no surprises, smooth transaction. And the price was very good as well. These guys go the extra mile, especially if you're buying pre-owned. They do their own "CPO-type" inspection of all preowned vehicles they sell. They even give you the actual report. Steve even tracked down all the vehicle's service records for me and got me a printout of them as well. He also walked around the car with me with a paint meter. This morning, he calls me to find out if I got home ok. I mean, come on, who does that? I got a great price and great peace of mind. I wish more sales professionals were like Steve at Hendrick Porsche. More
