I reached out via the Porsche website one evening and Greg Bancroft called me the next morning shortly after 8:00am. He was very knowledgable about the car and answered all the questions we had. He was very approachable and easy to work with through the entire process. Never pushy. Since we were out of state (Virginia), we bought the car site unseen and had Greg coordinate PPF and ceramic coating for the car. A week later we flew to Charlotte, Greg picked us up, and we drove away that afternoon in the new car. He arranged cheaper financing than I could find and made the paperwork process easy (although is was long). There is no doubt I will be working with Hendrick as I continue to search for a Targa 4S.
