The dealership is extremely helpful and easy going. They are completely open with costumers and will even let you go into their service department. I've used this dealership for service on two occasions over the past six months. Both times, Dana Fredericksen has been my Service Manager. The first trip was necessary due to noises coming fr occasions over the past six months. Both times, Dana Fredericksen has been my Service Manager. The first trip was necessary due to noises coming from the ABS system whenever I would go over small speed humps. I learned that a reprogramming of the computer was necessary and it would take a couple of hours to complete. The reprogramming took care of the problem and it hasn't been an issue for the past 3,000 miles. Yesterday, the flexible service system indicated that my front brake pads needed to be replaced. The FSS also indicated that my rear brake pads had less than 500 miles before they would need to be replaced also. Both were done under the 3/36 Maintenance contract at no charge. I had delayed buying a Mini for several years because of the service horror stories I've read on some of the major auto enthusiast web sites. I finally took the plunge and I've found the service department at Hendrick to be outstanding. Dana is awsome! More
